Instructional Technologist

A company is looking for an Instructional Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

Develops training processes, programs, and procedures ensuring compliance with standards and regulations

Coordinates with management and organizations to improve training programs and participates in the Training Advisory Committee

Prepares for and participates in inspections and evaluations, while maintaining auditable training records

Required Qualifications

College degree in education or training

Five years of experience in education or training

Mastery of digital training content development and delivery

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience in maintaining standards and influencing others for excellence
