A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their Operations team in a fast-paced, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for multiple client accounts

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational and process management skills

Ability to work effectively in a group environment

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of shipping software (FedEx, UPS, etc.) is a plus

Full training will be provided for the role
