Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 07 : 00 to 19 : 30, with weekend rotation every third week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will be proficient in cardiac telemetry and management of dysrhythmias, with a strong background in IV therapy and patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a 34-bed General Medical Progressive Care Unit.

Monitor telemetry patients and respond to cardiac emergencies.

Administer medications and manage IV drips as required.

Perform central and peripheral line care and management.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.

Experience with cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmia management is essential.

Proficiency in titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips.

Experience with peripheral line care and PICC line management preferred.
