In addressing whole-person care and focusing on self-advocacy, education, and community, we seek to improve the outcomes for mothers and birthing people, while also reducing clinical costs of care, at impactful scale.

Mae is looking for a Product Manager who can think strategically and execute effectively. Reporting to the Head of Product, youll own and advance product areas that directly impact Maes members, doulas, and internal operational teams. Youll guide the development of scalable, user-centered solutions that drive engagement, revenue realization, and measurable health outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment and can balance the discipline of process with the agility of innovation. Youll manage end-to-end product delivery from discovery through post-release optimization and play a key role in shaping how Mae scales across various markets.
