A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Risk Governance.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage documentation of Risk Governance procedures and ensure compliance with relevant requirements
Maintain reporting and dashboard responsibilities for Risk Committees and facilitate partnerships with leaders
Oversee implementation of changes to processes and conduct periodic reviews of supporting documentation
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in transformation roles within finance, risk, or regulatory environments
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Science, Technology, or Engineering
Strong business knowledge of Risk Management and Regulatory Reporting
Experience in banking regulation and supervisory expectations
Familiarity with Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery practices
