A company is looking for a 2026 Digital Director.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising Digital Organizers to implement the Peer to Peer program

Determining and driving digital strategies to raise program awareness

Overseeing all Digital Communications projects and content creation

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with political CRMs like EveryAction or Action Network

Experience with Peer to Peer texting tools such as Scale to Win

Existing relationships in key states (Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa) are a plus

Experience with relational organizing is preferred

Fluency in a second language, including Spanish, is advantageous
