A company is looking for an Associate Director, Operations Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems and frameworks for Operations
Establish metrics and standards of excellence in collaboration with Operations leadership
Drive performance insights through data analysis and operational reviews
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or quality, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of operational metrics and continuous improvement practices; experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to define success and implement improvements
Experience in establishing frameworks and processes in a scaling environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate talent
