Commercial Estimator

You'll lead cost estimating for commercial projects, developing precise budgets using current market data and proprietary estimating systems. Your responsibilities include :

• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Pre-qualifying vendors & identifying long-lead items
• Specifying contingency and value engineering plans
• Collaborating with PMs and subcontractors to optimize pricing
