About the Team

The Workforce Tools & Integration team builds solutions to help reimagine and reshape engineering practices within College Board to best meet the needs of the millions of students and thousands of colleges, schools, and districts we serve. We support our entire organization that has transformed to Agile, embracing DevOps and Cloud-native systems, with the goal of improving speed and reliability of service delivery in support of our mission. We work with Product DevOps, Network Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to design, build and manage robust workforce solutions. We are a team with a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual and celebrate the successes of the team. We swarm sometimes and we go deep on an individual basis at other times. We learn and we teach. We are creative and value the merit of ideas.

About the Opportunity

You understand cloud software delivery and the tools and processes that empower efficient and resilient delivery that adheres to top-notch development practices.
