Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment $26.93 to $28.93 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate a Ready Mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to job sites.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
- Interact professionally with customers and team members to ensure quality service.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete required documentation.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational policies.
