A company is looking for a Transportation Director to lead and manage national transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a national transportation strategy aligned with organizational objectives

Manage relationships with carrier partners and negotiate carrier agreements

Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement with direct reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Two or more years of experience in transportation, distribution, or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or veterinary industry

Experience in developing logistics strategies to meet market demands

Ability to manage freight strategies and ensure compliance with transportation regulations

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster team engagement
