Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality static and motion assets using design tools and generative-AI

Build a rapid video and content pipeline for various marketing initiatives

Manage external designers and production partners to ensure cohesive visual identity

Required Qualifications

4-7 years in design, motion, or creative roles within relevant industries

Strong 2D motion design abilities and proficiency in After Effects or similar tools

Fluency in Figma and experience with generative AI in workflows

Portfolio showcasing brand systems, motion graphics, and multi-asset campaigns

Understanding of DeFi mechanics and crypto user experience patterns
