- This is a 1099 Contract position with an average call volume of 2-5 service calls per day, offering competitive pay starting at $35 per completed ticket.
- Your main responsibility will be hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
- Payments are issued every Friday after the first week of completed tickets, ensuring timely compensation for your work.
- A reliable vehicle is essential for attending service calls at various locations.
- Access to a computer and the internet is required to log into your service portal and manage your assignments.
- Service tickets are scheduled Monday through Friday. It's imperative to log into your tech portal by 9 AM each workday to accept, update ticket statuses, and plan your service calls effectively.
- You'll be responsible for contacting customers to confirm appointment windows for onsite services, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- All necessary parts for repairs will be provided by the manufacturers, which you can conveniently pick up from FedEx. Additionally, you will receive shipping labels and materials to return any replaced parts.
