Insurance Follow-Up Representative

A company is looking for an Insurance Follow-Up Representative II to manage insurance claims for hospital clients remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Submit medical claims following federal, state, and payer guidelines

Research and resolve claim errors, denials, and rejections

Follow up with payers to collect insurance accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

One year of experience in hospital billing or follow-up

Experience with hospital and / or physician claim follow-up and appeals

Familiarity with EMR systems such as Meditech, Epic, or similar

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
