Responsibilities

· Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children· Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you· Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space· Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community· Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge· Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth

Qualifications

· Strong classroom management and communication skills· Passion for nurturing and educating young children· If Seeking Current Educators: Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred· If Seeking Career Switchers: No prior experience required; training will be provided
