#OneCastOneCrew### Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruitments efforts and executing an inclusive, efficient, and compliant recruitment strategy to support the continued success of Cast & Crew.

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is expected to handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to executing sourcing strategies across various channels, maintaining a pipeline of diverse talent, leveraging networks, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

This is a high-visibility role within our Human Resources department that will support strategic talent planning and serves to represent Cast & Crew’s core mission and values.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting, fundamental knowledge of labor employment laws and recruiting best practices, and meticulous data tracking, reporting, documentation, and analytic skills.

This position is hybrid to our Burbank headquarters in Los Angeles.

The compensation range for this position is : $70,000.00
