A home health organization in Litchfield, Illinois is seeking full-time Registered Nurses to provide skilled care to patients in their homes. This role offers an estimated annual salary of $78,000, quarterly bonus opportunities totaling $10,000, travel reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care and complete patient assessments in patients' homes

Develop and manage patient care plans in collaboration with the care team

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend coverage

Schedule

Full-time, Monday Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.

One weekend per month

Two holidays per year

On-call rotation every 4 5 weeks (Saturday & Sunday, 8 : 00 a.m. 10 : 00 p.m.)

Flexible schedule with minimal long shifts and minimal additional weekend coverage

Qualifications

Required

Associate degree or higher in Nursing

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois

Minimum 1 year of professional RN experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Comfortable with required travel
