Job Title : Manufacturing Engineer Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will analyze and modify engineering drawings to enhance manufacturability while preserving functional requirements and design intent. You will develop, document, and maintain detailed manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and assembly sequences. Your role involves implementing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to reduce production costs and cycle time. You will lead manufacturing readiness reviews and process validation activities, and identify and resolve production bottlenecks through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Additionally, you will develop fixtures, tooling, and test equipment requirements to support manufacturing operations and facilitate the transition of new hardware designs from development to full-rate production.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00 / hr.
