Enterprise Architect

Infiligence is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect on behalf of our client, a leading telecom enterprise undergoing large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role requires deep experience delivering enterprise architecture across multiple domains, with a focus on transformational "Northstar" projects, system modernization, and scalable high-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise architecture solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.

Lead architectural reviews, enforce governance, and align solutions with business goals.

Drive Northstar / Transformational initiatives such as ERP, billing, and large B2B Salesforce implementations.

Create Sequence Diagrams and High-Level System Designs (HLSD) to illustrate cross-domain impacts.

Provide technical leadership and partner with executives, project managers, and technical teams.

Evaluate emerging technologies, lead proof of concepts, and oversee enterprise-scale solution rollouts.

Document architecture frameworks, impacts, and designs using tools such as Biz Design.

Required Qualifications

10+ years' experience as an Enterprise / Solution Architect.

Proven record of large enterprise IT projects across multiple domains (billing, CRM, ERP, eCommerce, Care, Retail, etc.).

Strong Telecom, Cable, or Retail IT systems background (enterprise provisioning flows; not network-side).

Demonstrated hands-on Sequence Diagrams and HLSD expertise must be able to present examples.

Experience with Biz Design or similar modeling / documentation tools.

Strong communicator comfortable engaging C-levels and technical stakeholders alike.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce, Amdocs billing, or ERP modernization programs.

Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, and cross-domain integration.

Previous leadership in multi-domain transformation or conversion initiatives.
