A company is looking for a Sales Operations and Strategy Director to drive operational and analytical excellence in their global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of sales operations, including territory planning, sales compensation design, and process improvement
Deliver data-driven insights and performance reports to senior leadership to inform decision-making
Establish forecasting accuracy and pipeline integrity through standardized processes and metrics
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations with ownership of forecasting and planning
4+ years in a B2B SaaS growth environment with a focus on data-driven processes
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics and sales compensation strategies
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and other Sales Ops tech stack tools
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and forecasting
