PKI Engineer - Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage PKI systems, including Certification Authorities (CA) and Registration Authorities (RA).
• Administer and support PKI components such as Entrust, Red Hat, and Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
• Ensure compliance with federal security standards and protocols.
• Monitor and troubleshoot PKI-related software and hardware issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for PKI processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless PKI integration and operation.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, or other relevant security certifications.
• Experience with PKI systems, including CA (Red Hat), ISC, and Entrust.
• Proficiency in managing HSMs and other cryptographic services.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and cryptographic services.
• Scripting and programming skills (e.g., Java, PERL, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with PKI products and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
