Reporting to a Sr. Packaging Engineer, this position is part of the Research and Innovation team and is responsible for providing technical support on projects within a business unit related to dairy and non-dairy packaging, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and productivity.

This Co - Op will take place Fall 2026 - June 15th - Dec 11th, located in White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Leading innovation / productivity / sustainability initiatives of existing packaging platforms by identifying, testing, and qualifying different materials or processes
• Conducting extensive testing to evaluate product and package performance in a real world environment
• Designing a new package format for different channels of trade (. Club stores, Value, & Grocery)
• Assisting in preparation of documentation and specifications for packaging materials
• Working cross functional teams

The salary range for this position is $20 – $28 / hour USD.
