Key duties include : Assisting staff with preparing and organizing client tax and financial documentsReviewing and entering data with accuracy and attention to detailSupporting daily operations such as scanning, filing, and maintaining organized recordsMonitoring and organizing incoming client information, emails, and project filesProviding general office support to ensure projects and client deadlines are metWhat We Are Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and ready to grow in a high-trust environment. Ideal candidates will have : Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, or Business program OR a demonstrated interest in accountingBONUS : Coursework or experience in bookkeeping, financial accounting, or tax preparationBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentialityOccasionally assist with organizing or moving office supplies and archived files (up to 50 lbs)If youre friendly, detail-oriented, and love helping others, wed love to meet you!
