Security Officer - Industrial Patrols Part-Time

As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and strong communication. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, reflecting our commitment to teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Time

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wed 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
  • Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and / or assisting with visitor management as needed.
  • Assist in emergency response activities, including evacuations and / or first aid support as directed by site procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate reports and logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site representatives, and emergency personnel as required.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
