Beaulieu, Saunders & Kostin, LLP consists of three Partners and a team of paralegals dedicated to supporting our clients in the areas of guardianships, conservatorships, healthcare proxy affirmations, estate, probate and mental health litigation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills interested in trial work. A self-starter willing to travel throughout the Commonwealth in all counties from Worcester to Barnstable representing our clients. As part of our on boarding process, you will receive extensive training on our very specialized area of practice.

Our ideal candidate has an interest in our business niche, is an excellent communicator with strong analytical thinking skills and a developed understanding of legal principles and practices. We will consider bar-pending candidates. Applicants must provide a transcript, professional references and submit to a background check.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Prepare legal documents and file with the courts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings presenting evidence and arguments on their behalf.
• Assist partners in preparing cases for trial.
• Handle client consultations and meetings.
• Present with highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
