A company is looking for a Support Center Agent who will review, triage, escalate, and potentially resolve customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues such as password resets, account creation, and troubleshooting
Assist client users in defined processes and maintain professional communication
Manage internal and external communications and maintain knowledge of workflows and SOPs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Proven ability to work independently and stay organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Two years of customer support experience (preferred)
