Your Role : Emergency Veterinarian

As an Emergency Veterinarian at All Valley Animal Care Center , you’ll be part of a dynamic ER team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our patients and community.

We’re looking for an experienced ER veterinarian — though we also welcome early-career doctors seeking mentorship in a supportive, hands-on environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and value teamwork, we’d love to meet you.

Compensation

We offer a competitive, no-negative-accrual PROSAL model that rewards both your time and your talent.  Annual range : $160,000–$200,000 (market estimate for the region; final offer commensurate with experience). Additional compensation opportunities are available through production and shift differentials.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent

Active Veterinary License in the state of employment (or eligibility prior to start)

Active DEA license or eligibility
