Manufacturing Front End Engineering Document Control Support

Nature ofDuties / Responsibilities

The candidate will assist in Front End Engineering. Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to Document Control activities, managers or staff. Maintain files, logs, records and other related documentation. Update information in system according to buyers, planners, program managers request. Process documentation per requester and assist Change Analyst

Education and Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years experience. High school diploma or equivalent (4-yr degree preferred)
• Must have good Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous Data Entry experience
• Intermediate excel
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which requires the individual to quickly update various department schedules.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be detail oriented.

Salary Range(annual) : $50,000- $61,000 . Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
