ProSidian seeks a Regulatory Specialist (Contract Contingent) in Charlotte, NC / Remote to support an engagement for an agency of the United States government responsible for consumer protection in the occupational safety and health sector.

The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide policy and economic analyses support services.

Regulatory Specialist candidates shall work to support requirements for PR0001 Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Support and the Regulatory Specialist will coordinate efforts associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions. The Regulatory Specialist will interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures. The Regulatory Specialist will advise project teams on subjects such as regulatory requirements and compliance issues. The Regulatory Specialist will work with a Data and Policy Analyst and Economic Modeler on each project to provide deliverables to the agency.

The Regulatory Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents related to occupational safety and health. The Regulatory Specialist will recommend changes to company procedures in response to changes in regulations or standards. The Regulatory Specialist will provide technical review of data or reports that will be incorporated into regulatory submissions to assure scientific rigor, accuracy, and clarity of presentation. Other responsibilities may include supporting strategic planning, performing risk assessments, and conducting audits.

Travel : Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.

Location : Work shall be conducted at the Charlotte, NC / Remote.

U.S. Citizenship Required
