State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist to manage patient refill processes and support pharmacy inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively coordinate medication refills and manage pharmacy claim adjudication

Make outbound patient refill calls and handle inbound inquiries

Clarify prescription orders and assist in resolving adjudication errors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

State registered pharmacy technician; national certification as CPhT preferred

1-3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, particularly in managing refills

High school diploma or GED required

Experience with specialty pharmacy and clinical care teams preferred

Ability to obtain additional licensure if required within an agreed timeframe
