Schedule made a month in advance so they would know when they are needed, but start times will vary between 6am-8am,

4x10 hr shifts, 40 hours per week

No weekends no holidays

Minimum 2 years of recent preop experience

The Preoperative Registered Nurse works as a professionalpractitioner employed by Amergis Healthcare Staffing and assumes the responsibilityand accountability for the application of the nursing process and the deliveryof patient care in the preoperative setting. The Preoperative Registered Nurse demonstrates the ability to makeclinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision.

The Preoperative Registered Nurse demonstrates criticalthinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care andconsistently performs according to nursing standards.  The Preoperative Registered Nurse isaccountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management ofthe preoperative patient.
