Job Title
This is independent work coordinating administrative tasks and assignments and providing analysis and research on a variety of administrative matters.
Examples Of Work Performed
- Performs special assignments, research, and report preparation.
- Assists supervisor in handling daily administrative duties.
- Prepares confidential correspondence and answers telephone inquiries.
- Processes correspondence, investigates subject matter, and prepares replies.
- Defines and investigates problems; formulates methods of resolution.
- Assists in formulating and recommending programs and policies.
- Represents supervisor at meetings.
- Performs general office management duties.
- Assists in planning committee meetings and workshops.
- Prepares committee meeting notices, agenda, meeting material, and summary.
- Records and reports out committee meetings.
- Tracks correspondence, communication, and reports.
- Maintains public records and responds to public records requests.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Administrative or staff experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.Preference
