Team Culture:
Greet and assist all visitors and respond to all inquiries appropriately
Provide general service orientation to patients
Review insurance eligibility and benefits
Secure payment authorizations and collect co-pay
Provide Patient Service Functions
Manage all incoming calls and message distribution
Schedule patients
Maintain office and lobby appearance; ensure all office equipment is in working order
Work Environment: This job operates in an outpatient clinic environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demand Capacity: Frequently use computer keyboard, monitor and mouse Extended use of computer monitor Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Required to sit or stand for long periods of time Occasionally required to bend, stretch or stoop Occasional exposure to heat and cold
