About the Role

The Company is excited to invite experienced real estate operators to participate in our innovative Cohort Program, aimed at accelerating the development of multifamily and industrial real estate GP businesses. Ideal candidates will bring valuable local market insights and a strong investment history, prioritizing sustainable growth and quality cash flow.

This program is not suited for short-term, transaction-focused individuals but instead seeks those with a long-term, fiduciary mindset. Candidates must have 5-15 years of relevant experience in real estate investing, debt brokerage, or property management, as well as a track record of independently executed transactions and significant deal sourcing capabilities.

Selected participants will kick off their journey with an immersive Launch Week, designed to enhance and refine investment strategies, paired with ongoing mentorship, capital support, and a robust network of professionals in the industry. This program is committed to facilitating the success and growth of operators by providing essential resources and support for impactful transactions and future expansion.
