Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Float Full-Time | Grand Rapids, MI and Surrounding Areas

As a Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)– Float , you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional end-of-life care across a variety of settings, supporting patients and families wherever they call home. This full-time, hourly position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience for CNAs who thrive in diverse environments and enjoy being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Float across homes and facilities within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI, providing coverage where care is most needed.
• Work a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM , with participation in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule.
• Deliver hands-on personal care and activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Adapt quickly to different care environments and patient needs, ensuring consistent, high-quality support.
• Collaborate with a flexible and supportive CNA team , stepping in to maintain continuity of care during staff absences or increased patient volume.
