[job_card.job_description]Accurately process orders, including pricing, billing, and record updates. Maintain and track customer account details and purchase history. Prepare and manage quotes and bids in coordination with the sales team. Conduct 50100 outbound calls per day to generate new business and reactivate dormant accounts. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and recurring customers. Identify upsell opportunities and increase average order value. Track daily activity, conversion rates, and account engagement metrics.
Customer Service & Sales Associate
The Customer Service & Sales Associate supports sales representatives and manages customer relationships while driving outbound lead generation and recurring revenue growth. This position blends inside sales, customer service, and proactive outreachperfect for someone who is energetic, disciplined, and skilled at building rapport over the phone.
You'll be the bridge between customer satisfaction and sales expansion. By maintaining strong relationships and executing consistent outreach, you'll help drive customer retention, revive dormant accounts, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
