Perform hands-on installation and oversee team productivity and safety Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Communicate with customers. Maintain and implement an installation schedule. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards 7-10+ years of HVAC experience Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction best practices General understanding of construction (Custom residential, light commercial, new construction and replacement) Ability to read construction drawings and manage project timelines Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills Team leader and team player Problem solver Critical thinker Optimistic and adaptable Computer literacy (Microsoft suite) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Must possess your own basic hand tools

We are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to join our team!
Job Summary : HVAC Project Manager to oversee installation crews on commercial and residential construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, has strong leadership skills, and is motivated to grow within a company that values integrity, professionalism, and doing the right thing-every time.
Benefits :
- Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment). Employees are covered at 85%, dependents are covered at 75%. (This will be deducted from your paycheck weekly)
- 40 hours sick pay per calendar year (available after initial 90 days of employment)
- 401K retirement with up to 6% match from company.
- 10 paid holidays.
- Overtime on an as needed basis. No on call or regular scheduled weekend work.
- Cell phone and laptop provided
- Company vehicle
Work Hours : 7 : 30am-4pm
Pay Range : $55.00 / hr.-$62.00 / hr.- Depending on Experience
