We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable Home Health Aides to provide assistance with our client's activities of daily living and personal care needs on a Part Time/Full Time schedule! Schedule: Varied Opportunities available RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide health care services in patients residences * Perform domestic and household tasks * Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital * Assist with clients personal care activities * Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition * Maintain patients care records and document provided services * Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises * Collect routine specimens * Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support * Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary SKILLS: * Proven working experience as home health aide * Ability to monitor vital signs * Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards * Proficiency in English * Nursing and health care administration skills * Caring and compassionate personality * Current CPR certificate * First Aid training * Dementia experience * Valid driver’s license * High school degree * We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our employees with the following: * We offer flexible work schedules on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments * Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and community based * National opportunities with over 300 locations in US REQUIREMENTS: * A current, valid state certification and in good standing * High school diploma or GED * CPR Certified with Red Cross or American Heart Association * Negative TB skin test within 12 months or chest x-ray within 5 years * Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required * Licensed driver with insurance and reliable automobile * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. * Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
