We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage modalities, a commitment to client health and wellness, and adherence to all state and local licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Massage : Deliver professional, high-quality massage and body treatments in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, using a variety of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and sports massage.
• Client Consultation and Assessment : Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, medical history, and specific problem areas, and customize treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain Client Records : Accurately document all treatments, client progress, and recommendations.
• Uphold Professional Standards : Adhere to all established policies and procedures regarding client confidentiality, sanitation, and safety.
• Communicate Effectively : Educate clients on the benefits of massage, recommend post-treatment care, and suggest future session scheduling.
• Facility Maintenance : Ensure the treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for each client.
• Continuing Education : Stay current with the latest techniques and research in massage therapy and bodywork.
