Sales Associate - Velvet Box
Retail Sales & Customer Experience | $14.50/hr
Velvet Box is an upscale, woman-owned boutique specializing in intimacy and wellness. We are known for our refined stores, product expertise, and education-first approach to customer care. The Role
Sales Associates are the foundation of the Velvet Box customer experience. This is a hands-on, customer-facing retail role that requires confidence, strong communication skills, and comfort engaging in consultative sales conversations.
Associates guide customers with discretion and professionalism, educate thoughtfully, and work toward sales goals while maintaining store standards. This is not a passive retail role. Success comes from presence, consistency, and follow-through.
