Description :

We are seeking a Direct Care Specialist to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. Most of our group homes house sibling groups and a standard cohort. As a Direct Care Specialist, you will provide daily care, transportation, enrichment activities, and emotional support to the children.

Schedule :

Friday – 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM (8.0 hrs.)

Saturday – 6 : 00 AM to 10 : 00 PM (16.0 hrs.)

Sunday – 6 : 00 AM to 10 : 00 PM (16.0 hrs.)

(4 Days Off : Mon-Thur)

• Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children
• Must be 21 or older
• Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record
• Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
• Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
