Construction Foreman

The Construction Foreman responsible for leading daily field operations across a variety of general construction projects including concrete framing grading and other structural or site-work disciplines. This role directly supervises crews coordinates subcontractors and ensures projects are completed safely on schedule and in accordance with project specifications quality standards and municipal requirements.

The Foreman serves as the point-of-contact between field teams project management inspectors and clients overseeing all jobsite execution while maintaining productivity safety compliance and workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site construction crews across general building and civil projects including concrete placement forming framing site prep and finishing work.
• Coordinate daily work activities and communicate project scope priorities and schedules to field personnel.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure correct construction methods and materials are being utilized.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes safety regulations public works requirements and project specifications.
• Manage jobsite logistics including materials staging equipment usage and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Interface with local agencies inspectors and project representatives as needed.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust manpower and workflows to maintain timelines.
• Identify and resolve field issues constructability challenges and safety concerns proactively.
• Participate in pre-construction planning and weekly coordination meetings with project leadership.
• Maintain daily reports documenting manpower equipment usage production quantities safety meetings and jobsite progress.
• Track project productivity budgets and change conditions in coordination with project managers.
• Enforce company safety policies and conduct daily safety briefings (Tailgates).
• Maintain jobsite orderliness and compliance.
• Assist with material procurement and equipment scheduling as required.
• Support project closeout activities and final inspections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project execution.
