Our focus is our clients investment results. The asset management side of the firm is GIPS compliant as our strong performance has been verified by ACA Compliance and Alpha Verification services. GIPS Compliance is a prerequisite for many institutional accounts and hopefully would add comfort to your clients if you choose to go independent. PSN is a global database of approximately 2,000 Investment Managers representing more than 20,000 domestic and international investment products. PSN provides analytics and peer performance comparisons. Our interests are aligned with those of our clients, as portfolio manager assets are invested alongside client assets and our compensation structure is fee-based rather than commission-based. The firm is registered in the state of North Carolina and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Role Description

South Atlantic Capital intends to broaden its offering by creating an affiliated wealth management group. We believe a culture of collaboration between high caliber separate asset and wealth management units under the same roof will be an exceptional benefit to clients. Thus, we are seeking established investment advisor representatives with a similar client-based focus who are enthusiastic about launching / building out an operation and seek the level of independence we intend to provide. Our professional and investment reputation, along with the 32-year foundation for the firm, combined with a quality wealth unit should provide a highly marketable and mutually beneficial platform for overall growth and help you successfully transition your assets. However, you will maintain the freedom to manage your clients assets as you see fit. Leveraging our existing infrastructure, including an experienced compliance function, we are able to offer a generous payout as part of the compensation package. In addition to enjoying working in an independent atmosphere, you will benefit from the opportunity to be ashareholder and have direct influence on the firms direction. Regarding your transition, we have joined the broker protocol, at Schwab (our longtime custodian) who is standing by with onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Investment Strategies, and Investments
• An existing book of business
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards are a plus
