Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time (2 : 45pm–11 : 15pm)

Location : Cary, NC

Pay : $28–$31 / hour (plus shift differential for 2nd shift and weekends)

Schedule : Full Time | 2 : 45 PM – 11 : 15 PM | 5 days / week | Every other weekend required

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Cary, NC. This full-time evening shift opportunity is ideal for a motivated nurse who values teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist nursing and caregiving staff during the evening shift to maintain high standards of resident care.
• Administer medications, monitor residents’ health, and promptly report significant changes to the RN supervisor or physician.
• Accurately complete and maintain documentation, including vital signs, care notes, and medication records.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Respond quickly to resident needs and emergencies, providing direct, hands-on care as needed.
