Multi-state design firm is seeking a Senior Transportation / Roadway Engineer for their team in St. Louis!
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level project design
- Review of project documents and design quality for complex projects
- Use technical expertise to apply advanced engineering concepts / develop solutions for complex issues
- Ensure projects meet QA / QC standards and project objectives
- Lead staff on design approaches to fulfill project requirements
- Work with other disciplines to promote efficiencies and produce high quality work
- Assist with the development of standards and / or guidelines for engineering activities within the team
- Supervise / mentor / train junior staff
- Build / maintain client relationships
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
