- Board-Certified OB Hospitalists
- OB Anesthesia
- Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists
- Highly skilled nursing and surgical teams

- Labor & Birth : 1 : 2
- High Risk : 1 : 1 (based on acuity) Nurse Residency Program for New Grads A dynamic program combining :
- Simulation-based training

- Experience : 1 year Labor & Birth RN experience (or new grad for residency)
- Education : Nursing degree from an accredited school
- License : Current RN license in hiring state or compact license
- Certifications : BLS (AHA), NRP, ACLS (Labor RNs will receive Intermediate Fetal Heart Rate training)
