Have a positive attitude Be willing to learn Enjoy building relationships Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb (ladders / stairs), kneel, do repetitive motion / movements, reach, squat, crawl, walk and run Stand / Sit - must be able to remain in stationary positions 50% of the time May be required to lift, carry, push, and / or otherwise maneuver up to 50 lbs. Must be able to be insured to drive a company vehicle Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights and various weather conditions Must be able to wear steel toe or OSHA approved safety work boots Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel or sit for extended periods Must complete a pre-employment background check Must complete a pre-employment drug test Must be able to obtain a CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson card Must be able to obtain an EPA 608 certification
