Description

As a people leader at Honeywell you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and lead generation
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Present strategies and results to senior leadership

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including website social media email marketing and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools analytics platforms and content management systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven choices
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing budgets
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
  • Masters degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
