[job_card.job_description]Work in a Level 1 Trauma 18-bed Operating Room Performs a wide variety of surgeries including general, robotic, laparoscopic, trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgery, spine, ophthalmology, ENT, plastics, burns, urology, GYN, and transplant Shifts include days and evenings; varied 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts between 0630 and 2330 On-call hours required Monday to Friday from 2100 to 0630, and 12-hour shifts on weekends Patient charting is completed in EPIC Primary responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing with a focus on orthopedic, neurosurgery, spine, and general surgery Collaborate with the surgical team to support patient care during procedures Preferred experience in ENT, GU, plastics, and burn cases All candidates must promptly complete Ohio fingerprinting and credentialing upon contract signing Former employees must have a 6 month gap since prior employment to be eligible; current employees at the facility are not eligible Locals are accepted at the same compensation rate RTO must be submitted with contract consideration and built into the agreement Active Ohio or compact RN license in hand Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience Experience working in Level 1 trauma centers Extensive scrub experience in ortho, neurosurgery, spine, and general surgery cases BCLS certification required Experience with EPIC EMR required Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program Two professional references required, with at least one from a supervisor or manager High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
