DESCRIPTION :

The material handler / production planner supports daily manufacturing operations by managing material flow, inventory and production schedules. This role bridges the gap between purchasing, production and shipping to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources. This role is ideal for a detailed-oriented individual who enjoys both shop-floor work and planning / coordination responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Material Handling & Inventory

• Issue materials to productions jobs per work orders and BOMs
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system
• Organize and maintain stockroom and production staging areas
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories

Pay Rate :

The annual base salary for this position is $40,000-$80,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Maverick RF Solutions considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Full Healthcare Package, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Holidays. Full time employees accrue 10 hours of PTO per month; up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive 80 hours for designated and floating holidays.

Remote Work :

Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Maverick RF Solutions facility.

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. Typical office hours include Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm; however, these hours may vary based on workload and the manager's discretion. This job may require more than 40 hours of work per week as the need arises.
